PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber composition having good vulcanization characteristics and excellent in the balance between the processability and the compression set. SOLUTION: The acrylic rubber composition excellent in processability and compression set is obtained by combining (A) a carboxylated acrylic elastomer, (B) at least one monoamine compound selected from primary amines, secondary amines and tertiary amines, (C) a guanidine compound and (D) a specified diamine compound.
