PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow malfunction due to water touching or breakdown to be discriminated easily in a household electric appliance with the possibility of contacting water. SOLUTION: A water-touch sensing layer 19 having a water-soluble material is provided on a surface. In this water-touch sensing layer 19, water-soluble colorant is applied to the surface, or a paper material 21 colored with the water-soluble colorant 22 is attached to the surface.
