PURPOSE: A cellular phone antenna is provided to vary an overlapping area of one pair of coupling plates according to a rotative angle of a hinge device, and to switch coupling on/off operations by capacitance formed between the coupling plates, thereby expanding selective specifications of an antenna extended to a folder. CONSTITUTION: The first antenna(126) is built in a body(101). The second antenna(124) is built in a folder(102). The first antenna(126) is connected to a duplexer(127) through an antenna matching circuit(125), and is connected to the second antenna(124) installed in the folder(102). The first antenna(126) is electrically contacted with the first coupling plate(120) installed in a lower part of a hinge device(103) for connecting the body(101) with the folder(102) by inserting an antenna wire(122a). The second antenna(124) is electrically contacted with the second coupling plate installed in a body of the hinge device(103) by inserting an antenna wire(122b). The first coupling plate(120) and the second coupling plate(121) have uniform gaps when a hinge is rotated, and have overlapping areas and not-overlapping areas.
