PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize volume rendering that satisfies a display rate requested for moving image display without lowering resolution.SOLUTION: There is provided an image processing device which generates an image by performing volume rendering processing on three-dimensional data, the image processing device comprising: a calculation part which calculates image information by performing volume rendering processing on three-dimensional data in a plurality of visual line directions; a storage part which stores image information corresponding to the plurality of visual line directions respectively; an input part which receives an eye point and visual line directions for the three-dimensional data; and an image generation part which generates an image by extracting image information corresponding to the eye point and visual line directions inputted by the input part from the image information stored in the storage part and corresponding to the plurality of visual line directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
