The present invention is related to high temperature poly silicon TFT liquid crystal display and method of same, more specifically, liquid crystal display is minimized opaque region that is storage area on display area for improving luminosity for liquid crystal display. Liquid crystal display according to the present invention comprises a transparent plate; opaque layer which is patterned on transparent plate; and insulated layer which is comprised on the transparent plate and the opaque layer; whereby storage capacitor is formed under switch element which control ON/OFF state of liquid crystal. |
