<p>The present invention relates to a method of preparing a transformed Cucumis vulgaris using Acrobacterium tumefaciens, more particularly, to a method for preparing a transformed Cucumis vulgaris, which comprises the steps of: (a) inoculating a tissue of cotyledon or hypocotyl from Cucumis vulgaris with Agrobacterium tumefaciens harboring a suitable vector; and (b) regenerating the inoculated tissue of Cucumis vulgaris in a medium containing 6.0-1.0 mg/l of cytokinin and 0.2-0.0 mg/l of an auxin-based growth regulator.</p> |
