The toilet seat and bidet combination uses an auxiliary piece making possible the use of the seat as a bidet. All components are fitted beneath the seat. In a side panel is a hot and cold water tap and a button for switching on the spray water discharage head. A selection button on top of the side panel permits the choice of a front or rear spray variant. The selection button is connected with the outlet of the tap construction. The button for switching on the spray water discharge head on the front edge is connected with the selection button. When the buutton is turned anti-clockwise the front water spray is active. When it is turned clockwise, the rear water spray comes into play.
