The universal diagnostic tool is assembled of three funnel-shaped sound transmitters (7, 16, 19), the wider ends (9, 18, 21) provided with membranes (10) to be positioned on the body of the patient and the opposite end connected to a central transmitting element (4), guiding the received sound to the ears of the medical doctor by means of a y-tube (5). One of the funnels (7) is additionally fitted with a temperature gauge (12) and a display (15), a second funnel (19) has an integrated percussion device (22) with a small hammer (24) acting on an elastic element (25), creating a resonance to be transmitted through the y-tube (5).
