PURPOSE: Provided is a processing device of bean sprouts to eliminate moisture from the bean sprouts after washing and before packaging them so that the bean sprouts are kept fresh and prevented from decaying during delivery period. CONSTITUTION: A processing device of bean sprouts comprises: a delivery conveyer(10) installed at a support frame(2) with a certain inclination angle and operated by an electric motor(M); fixing pieces to attach a bucket at a side of chain link of the conveyer(10); a hopper(20) located at the top of the bottom part of the conveyer(10) with ventilation holes(12) and a revolving ring(16) operated by the motor(M) inside, possessing several elimination pins(14) having radiating shape to remove overload; a disconnecting/connecting bucket(30) repeatedly installed to the conveyer(10) which consists of the first bucket material having a netted bottom, being equipped with connecting pieces on both side walls and opening front and rear along the moving direction, and the second bucket part material, having netted bottom, being equipped with connecting pieces on both side walls and having opening in the front of the moving direction and a panel wall in the rear; and a drying part with several blowing fans(35) at a fan setting frame(32) whose one side is set to a supporting frame(2) by a hinge axis(33) and the other side is hoist attached to a chain block.
