Cosmetic or dermatological emulsion comprises an aqueous phase, a fat phase, a sorghum extract and an organomodified silicone and does not contain a flavylium salt that is unsubstituted at position 3 and substituted with at least one hydroxy or alkoxy group. An Independent claim is also included for artificial skin coloration by application of the emulsion.
