PURPOSE: A plastic box using a vacuum insulation material is provided which endures a long time storage and transport by keeping a cooling and heating state. CONSTITUTION: The plastic box comprises: an inside plastic case(10) whose one side is opened so as to contain articles; an outside plastic case(20) which has the same shape as the inside plastic case and has such a size to wrap the inside plastic case; a vacuum insulation material(30) for blocking a heat transfer between the inside and outside of the plastic cases; Styrofoam(40) for protecting the vacuum insulation material and reinforcing internal and external heat blocking; a cover(50) covering the corners of the top surface of the inside and outside plastic cases; a first cap portion(60) wrapping the cover; and a second cap portion(70) wrapping the first cap portion and the envelope of the top face of the outside plastic case.
