PURPOSE: A buffer apparatus by using a magnet is provided to prevent breakage or displacement of a ballpoint pen, to improve function of a suspension by preventing deformation, to reduce noise and impact in hammering, and to absorb shock in a grip of a racquet by using the repulsive force of the magnet instead of the spring. CONSTITUTION: A buffer device is composed of plural magnetic springs(102) faced to each other and installed in a housing(101) of a buffer body(100), and a buffer space(103) formed between magnetic springs to guide movement of the magnetic springs with using the repulsive force of the magnetic springs. The north pole of the magnetic spring is faced to the north pole of the other magnetic spring. Breakage or displacement of the ball bearing is prevented by absorbing impact with the buffer space in writing on paper with a ballpoint pen. Comfortableness is improved by restricting vibration with mounting the magnetic spring in the vehicle. Noise and impact are reduced by using the repulsive force of the magnetic springs.
