PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly receive influence of noise by shortening the length of a lead wire from an inverter substrate to an electrolytic unit and to attain simplification of the electrolytic unit and its attaching structure and improvement of the durability thereof by attaching the electrolytic unit to a frame or a leg at the lower part of a washing machine to which vibrations are hardly transmitted.
