PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow rotation operation and push-down operation to be selected by a single operation member for discharging vessel content to an outside space. SOLUTION: A trigger lever 11 and a part 12 to be pushed down are provided in the operation member 10 for discharging the content and an upper surface opening part 20a for pushing down the part 12 to be pushed down is provided on a cover body 20. A space part 22a allowing the rotation of the operation member 10 and a hole part 22b to enable to move the operation part up and down are formed in the cover body 20, and a supporting plate 13 for the operation member 10 is engaged with the hole part 22b. When the trigger lever 11 is pulled, the operation member 10 is rotated nearly around the supporting plate 13 to push a stem 40a to discharge the content. When the part 12 to be pushed down is pushed down from the upper surface opening part 20a of the cover body 20, the operation member 10 pushes down the stems 40a with the supporting plate 13 which enables to move in the hole part 22b of the cover body 20 downward.
