PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly shorten the time required for the adjustment of life nails (nails for adjusting winning rate) by eliminating the need for the adjust ment of the life nails by skilled technicians while adjusting the winning rate of game balls entering into scoring slots according to the setting of angles for the life nails. SOLUTION: At least one scoring slot 28 or starting slot 29 and life nails 37 that make the winning rate of game balls adjustable with respect to the scoring slot 28 or the starting slot 29 are arranged integrally on a scoring slot unit detachably mounted on a playing board 18. When altering the winning rate for the scoring slot 28 or the starting slot 29, the scoring slot unit 38 is replaced with another scoring slot unit 38 with the life nails differently set.
