COATED METAL PLATE EXCELLENT IN VERMIN REPELLENCY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate having vermin repellency without deteriorating the coating physical properties such as luster, processibility and the like by selecting a specified insecticide to be added to the coating material. SOLUTION: A coating mixed with a pyrethroid type insecticide having the amount of reduction at the time of heating at 300°C less than 50% by weight on the basis of the efficacious component is formed on the outermost layer of a coated metal plate bearing a coating by baking. A coating mixed with 0.05-5 parts by weight of a pyrethroid type insecticide to 100 parts by weight of solid matter of a coating material and containing a filler such as a pigment is preferred.
