<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Korean or an ethnical dressing by combining usual seasonings. <P>SOLUTION: This dressing comprise a first base prepared by formulating 44-54 wt.% of soy sauce with 34-38 wt.% of vinegar, 13-15 wt.% of sugar and 1.3-1.5 wt.% of sodium glutamate, a second base obtained by formulating 2.8 wt.% of pepper with 26-30 wt.% of parched sesame, 26-30 wt.% of powdery Guinea pepper and 39-43 wt.% of garlic and sesame oil.
