PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a temperature necessary for the propagation and activation of microorganisms and oxygen to the treatment base material of an extinction type garbage treatment machine. SOLUTION: In order to eliminate the clogging of an oxygen supply hole formed in a treatment tank which occurs when the treatment base material 4 of the extinction type garbage treatment machine is agitated, an air supply plate 12 made of a metal powder sintering element 7 is installed. In order to supply compressed air 11 of a constant temperature suitable for the propagation and activation of the microorganisms stably and sufficiently to the treatment base material 4 in the treatment tank 5, the small chamber 8 of an air bank is fitted to the outer wall of the treatment tank.
