PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide athletic shoes which makeup the muscular force degraded by the sprain of the ankles and are suitable for preventing the relapse of the sprain. SOLUTION: One end of an ankle support belt 21 is tied up to the underside of an inner sock 4 on the lower side of a rear end of the fifth metatarsal 10 and the support belt 21 protruding to the outside from an outer instep side belt hole is diagonally backwardly extended, is turned back toward the front of an inner instep side at the rear of the heel and is again turned back up to the upper part of the outer malleolus in the front part of the ankle, by which the free end (21a) and the upper part of the outer malleolus of the upper are made attachable and detachable.
