PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat plate suction device capable of surely preventing a plurality of flat plates from being sucked simultaneously, improving work efficiency, dispensing with an extra installation space and reducing manufacturing costs without setting standby time long and installing a device exclusively used for each of heaps of flat plates. SOLUTION: A body frame 20 is provided a mechanism 1 preventing simultaneously suction of a plurality of flat plates, which shifts the top flat plate 13 and press down the front face of the end edge of the second flat plate 13.
