COMPUTER SYSTEM AND BOOTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A computer system and a booting method thereof are provided to shorten a booting time by internally shortening the booting time of an HDD(Hard Disk Drive). CONSTITUTION: A non-volatile storing part(20) stores an OS(Operating System) booting program by installing to the HDD(40). A CPU(10) reads the OS booting program stored in the non-volatile storing part(20) part before a driving motor reaches to a normal speed after applying the power, and loads the OS booting program on a main memory(30). The CPU(10) stores the OS booting program in the non-volatile storing part(20) from the HDD(40) when an OS is installed. The non-volatile storing part(20) is a flash memory, which is storing the OS booting program safely even if the power is turned off.
