PURPOSE: A structure for preventing lock release of a seat for a car is provided to maintain a lock condition by inserting a protrusion of a locker into a lock hole of a lower track by removing distortion deformation. CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing lock release of a seat for a car includes a lower track mounted on a floor panel, an upper track covered on the lower track and slidably mounted, a locker mounted on an inner surface of the upper track, a back and forth controllable grip(16) connected integrally with the locker, a return spring elastically supporting a vertical movement of the locker and mounted on the inner surface of the upper track, and a rotating grip(20) mounted on a cut part of the back and forth controllable grip to prevent distortion deformation of the back and forth controllable grip.
