<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit that can hold input signals for a prescribed period of time, is controlled by the held signals, is small in current consumption, and can be miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The input signals are inputted to a signal holding circuit 1a constituted by connecting a capacitor C1 and a resistor R1 in parallel with each other, and a hold signal is generated based on the input signals and outputted. The hold signal preserves electric charges by means of the capacitor C1 based on the voltage of the input signals, and holds a voltage for a prescribed period of time by discharging the electric charges from the capacitor C1 even after the input of the input signals is stopped. The switching of a field effect transistor (FET) Q1 is controlled by using the voltage of the hold signal as a gate voltage v<SB>g</SB>, by inputting the hold signal to the gate side of the FET Q1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
