FILE TRANSFERRING METHOD IN PACKET COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more quickly perform detection of packet loss and re-transfer in a state that continuous packet loss is generated.

SOLUTION: The whole of packet which is to be overflow of a receiving buffer in a transit node is not made loss, but a layload of the packet is abandoned, header information only is cut out and a loss informing packet to which necessary information is added is delivered to a reception terminal, thereby clearly informing generation of confusion or generation of packet loss. A transmission reception terminal makes reception of the packet and its ACK a trigger for quickly starting the operation of confusion control and avoidance.
