PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by reducing electromagnetic vibration occurring in a winding conductor caused by current application, at the end of the stator winding of a rotating electric machine. SOLUTION: This stator is constituted such that two pieces of circular phase rings for connecting a connecting conductor 6 leading to the winding conductor and a lead conductor 8 with each other are arranged along the circumferential direction at the end of the stator winding of the rotating electric machine, that the ends of connection with the connecting conductors 6 of the phase rings are opposed in the circumferential direction to each other, and that a shim block 14 is inserted between these connecting ends in opposition to allow the opposed parts to be fixed to it, and a connecting conductor 6b of one phase ring 7b is connected to the connecting end of one phase ring 7b, crossing the other phase ring 7a.
