PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system interface device capable of maintaining not only the input/output function of data but also the consistency of the data. SOLUTION: A communication interface 11 connecting a controller 41 to a communication node 47 is provided with a data interface part 12 for matching the intended output data of the controller 41 with data to be actually outputted to the communication node, by controlling the data output by an arbitrary method at an arbitrary point of time based on the intention of the controller 41, and a communication control instruction buffer 17 and a communication control instruction output control unit 18 capable of controlling the operation of the communication node 47 from the controller 41.
