PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control/monitor signal transmission system that superimposes a control signal and a monitor signal on a clock signal so as to increase a transmitted average power. SOLUTION: A master station output section 135 changes a duty factor for a period for a level that is other than a level of a power supply voltage Vx, smaller than a power supply voltage and greater than a high level signal in other circuit part (a low level in a high potential) and a succeeding period of the level of the power supply voltage Vx depending on a value of data of a control data signal received from a control section 10 by each one period of a clock signal to convert the control data signal into a serial pulse voltage signal and outputs the signal to a data signal lines D+ and D-.
