The trolley is composed of an axle (1) with a wheel (2) at each end. Two uprights (3) are fixed on the axle and terminate in a handle. An articulated arm fixed on each upright is terminated by a removable jaw (15). The arms are connected by tie rods (7). A cable (9), which passes under a pulley (10) fixed on the axle, is fastened on a spindle (8) and rises to a lever (11). When the user pulls up the lever, the jaws re-clamp on the object to be transported. Unclamping is effected by pressing on the pushbutton (13) and lowering the lever. A return spring separates the jaws and releases the object.
