<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal receipt of a delivery matter by pretension by enabling simple resident certification by using an electronic signature. <P>SOLUTION: Receipt certification of the delivery matter is performed by constituting an authentication organization by providing resident personal information of the respective houses with a house management system for managing resident information and providing at least one or more pieces of electric signature information in the respective house, distributing pieces of the electronic signature information issued by the authentication organization to the respective houses and sending information about a name of a receiver and a date of receipt to which a signature is attached by the electronic signature information to a delivery person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
