PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging power automatic vending machine with high operability and a high added value with which many charging equipment does not have to be provided for each model of a mobile device or the like, which is provided with a common charger and can charge many mobile devices or the like with a single machine, in which charging-required time and charging speed can be adjusted for adjusting a charging condition, and which can make its operating method easily understandable and be provided with an advertising function. SOLUTION: This cash throwing-in type charging power automatic vending machine in which a mobile device or the like such as a portable telephone and its secondary battery are set for charging, is provided with a charging means where charging voltage can be adjusted, a charging voltage detecting means for detecting the charging voltage of a device or the like and a secondary battery to be charged, and a charging voltage setting means for setting charging voltage according to the detected charging voltage.
