PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to assemble a battery pack in a superior workability without using a conductor plate that requires a spot welding and a means of avoiding contact with the battery. SOLUTION: A protection circuit module provided has the substrate, electronic parts mounted on this substrate so as to constitute the protection circuit, and a mold body formed on this substrate so as to wrap up this electronic parts, and on one side of the substrate, one or plural spring receiving faces has been formed.
