PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that portable communication devices can notify arrivals, schedules and alarms with LED light emission, but the notifications are performed by flashing in a single color in fixed intervals and there are only seven colors to be selected. SOLUTION: A communication apparatus without having to change in configuration of conventional hardware can increase variety of patterns of the LED light emission, specifically, it is possible for the LED light emission patterns to increase variety of patterns of emission lights by setting different colors at every time period of ON/OFF of conventional LEDs, and it is possible for conventional full color LEDs to achieve easily the increase of the variety of patterns only by creating control signals because the conventional full color LEDs have been able to controlled three primary colors individually.
