PRESSURIZING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably reduce the frequency of replacement of a tool, and at the same time to carry out accurate pressurization in a pressurizing device for pressurizing one component to others by the tool.

SOLUTION: The pressurizing device has a protection sheet supply section 26 for supplying a protection sheet 10 so that the protection sheet 5 is interposed between a second component 5 and a tool 21, when the tool 21 exists at a position where the second component 5 is pressed to a first component 11 on a stage 19. When the protection sheet supply section 26 detects that the number of times for executing pressurization reaches the preset number of times, the protection sheet 10 is fed by a preset amount of feed. The amount of feed of the protection sheet is set so that the tool 21 opposes an unused portion of the protection sheet 10 by one feed operation.
