PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for avoiding interference disturbance due to crosstalk of an uplink from a plurality of mobile wireless apparatuses in an emergency base station system where no downlink comes from the base station.

SOLUTION: A wireless control section 3 starts a timer 24 to intermittently monitor power of an uplink signal and controls a mobile station wireless apparatus to inhibit transmission from its own station by discriminating it that a mobile station other than its own transmits an uplink when the monitored power is a specified value or more.
