<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to transfer printed circuit boards which have various width sizes. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer system of printed circuit boards is provided with a base plate 10, first and second linear movement guides 50 and 51 which are placed on both sides of the top of the base plate 10, a pair of first and second linear movement blocks 52 and 53 which are slidably placed on the linear movement guides 50 and 51, first and second conveyers 30 and 40 which are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the linear movement guides 50 and 51 and are fixed on the top of the linear movement blocks 52 and 53 through a frame; ball screws 63 and 73 which are arranged in the same direction as the linear movement guides 50 and 51 on the top of the base plate 10, one end of which is coupled to fixed blocks 61 and 71 in such a way that it can idle, the other end of which is communicated with transfer blocks 34 and 44 fixed at the lower end of the first and the second conveyer frames 31 and 41, and which make the first and the second conveyer frames 31 and 41 linearly transfer through the transfer blocks 34 and 44; and servomotors 60 and 70 which are coupled to the ball screws 63 and 73 and transmit the rotating force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
