PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polar anisotropic magnet that can miniaturize equipment, such as an electromagnetic vibration type pump or a motor. SOLUTION: The polar anisotropic magnet is composed of an inner-shell magnet section comprising a plurality of anisotropic magnets, and an outer-shell magnet section comprising a plurality of anisotropic magnets, that are arranged at the outer periphery of the inner-shell magnet section.
