<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely reproducible information recorded in a form of a dot code, even when an inclination in a reading part to a recording face by manual scan and a strain in an optical system itself are generated. <P>SOLUTION: When the center coordinates of a marker are calculated based on an image data of the dot code imaged, by a marker center calculating part 714, and when a data read-out coordinates are calculated based on the marker center coordinates by a marker read-out coordinate calculating part 716, and whether the data read-out coordinates are positioned in the center of picture elements constituting the image, or positioned in a boundary thereof is judged by a data read-out coordinate judging part 718. When the calculated data read- out coordinates are determined to be positioned in the center of the picture elements, whether the picture element for the data read-out coordinates is a white picture element or a black picture element, out of a binary image recorded in a memory 704, is judged by a white-or-black judging part 720 for the read-out picture element, so as to output data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
