PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reach a solution wherein a generation value has a large fitness value in a small step even to a large-scale complex problem by using a genetic algorithm. SOLUTION: Assuming that a part between two crossover points of a parent chromosome is gc, genes of the parent chromosome are rearranged so that the gc parts of two parent chromosomes are constituted from the genes having the same value, and, while preserving the order of genes other than the gc part of the parent chromosome, the gc parts are crossed over, to thereby generate a child chromosome.
