<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order placing and receiving management system capable of managing a state by a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: A center server 12 executes an action predetermined by using a document type regarding transaction data, information of a sender and information of a receiver as conditions when it mediates the transaction data between a buyer side device 11 and a seller side device 13, and it manages information regarding data to be received next as a state.
