PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal receiving circuit that can reduce jitter of an output signal as compared with before, when the amplitude of a differential signal having small amplitude fluctuates due to reflection in a transmission system and noise in a receiver, having a TMDS transmission system used in signal transmission by DVI standard or the like. SOLUTION: The differential signal reception circuit is equipped with a DC level conversion circuit 10, that receives a differential signal and converts a DC level in the received differential signal, and amplifier circuits 21 to 23 that amplify the differential signal outputted from the DC level conversion circuit by a specific amplification rate each, are connected in series, and have a plurality of stages.
