PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal shield structure of a shielded electric wire and a terminal shield method of the shielded electric wire by which the exposed electric wires can be easily shielded at low cost, while ensuring the workability of connecting a connector to the shielded electric wire. SOLUTION: A plurality of electric wires 23 are covered with a woven or foil shield 25, and the outside of the shield 25 is covered with an insulating sheath 27 to form a shielded electric wire 21. The sheath 27 and the shield 25 are removed, and the exposed terminals of the electric wires 23 are connected to a connector 31 and are shielded by the terminal shield structure. In this case, electric wires 23 are led out from a terminal 21a of the shielded wire by removing the sheath 27 and the shield 25. A conductive sheet 33 is wrapped around the part of the shield 25 exposed by removing only the sheath 27 by its conductive surface, and the exposed electric wires 23 and a wire led-out end 31a of the connector 31 are covered with the conductive sheet 33.
