PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent folding electric apparatus in which an extra bending force does not act on a flexible board even if the diameter is reduced slightly at a hinge part and the flexible board is protected against damage. SOLUTION: Sheet-like slip acceleration members 21a, 21b and 21c, e.g. a Teflon sheet, having a low frictional resistance are bonded or fixed by another method to the inner surface of semitubular parts 17a and 18b constituting first and second tubular parts 16a and 16b, respectively, and a guide part 17b for drawing out a substantially planar flexible substrate constituting the first tubular part 16a. Even if a part of the flexible substrate 20 touches the inner surface of the tubular parts 16a and 16b when first and second cases 1 and 2 are turned about the hinge part 3, a large bending force, frictional force, or the like, is substantially prevented from being applied to the flexible substrate 20 by the sheet-like slip acceleration members 21a, 21b and 21c having a low frictional resistance.
