PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel turntable unit which is improved in the precision of a gap between a magnet and a hysteresis plate. SOLUTION: The reel turntable unit has a bottom reel turntable 1 which is fitted around a reel shaft 13 and driven by a driving source to rotate, a top reel turntable 6 which is fitted rotatably around the reel shaft 13 as well as the bottom reel 1, and a magnet 8 assembled with the top reel turntable and the hysteresis plate 3 assembled with the bottom reel turntable 1 in such an arrangement that they face each other at an interval and the rotation of the bottom reel turntable 1 is transmitted to the top reel turntable 6; and a washer 5 positioned between the top reel turntable 6 and bottom reel turntable 1 is insert-molded in a resin molding part 2 of the bottom reel turntable 1.
