PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display related technology so that it is recognized at a glance by arranging information in order from the one with the highest degree of relation with a retrieval keyword. SOLUTION: A user is made aware of what kind of creators have each piece of information, in what kind of classification each piece of information is and in addition, to what degree each piece of the information is related to the retrieval keyword and the user can easily retrieve requested information by arranging the retrieval keyword on a two-dimensional plane as one point, further arranging characteristics held by information to be retrieved, displaying information with a high degree of relation to the arranged retrieval keyword as a point, making the point appear from each of the arranged characteristics, transferring the point toward the retrieval keyword and displaying an animation more approaching to and stopping at the retrieval keyword when the degree of relation is higher.
