PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet for shielding electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 101 has a substrate 1, a resin layer 2, a conductive pattern 4A, and a conductive solid layer 4b. The method of its manufacture has a step A for forming concave parts 3 in the resin layer 2 on the substrate 1; a step B for forming a peel layer 6 in a specified region R of the surface of the resin layer 2; a step C for forming a conductive layer 4 on the whole surface of the peel layer 6 in the specified region R, and on the whole surface of the resin layer 2 in the region Q other than the specified region; a step D for providing a peel sheet 31 on the peel layer 6 in the specified region R through a thermoplastic resin layer 32, and a step E for removing the peel layer 6, the conductive layer 4, and the thermoplastic layer 32 which are stacked on the flat surface 5 of the resin layer other than the concave parts, by peeling the peel sheet 31 and forming the conductive pattern part 4A which has conductive layers 4 in the concave parts, and the conductive solid layer part 4B which has a conductive solid layer in the region Q other than the specified region.
