Remedies or preventives for diseases in association with fibrosis in tissues such as tissue fibrosis or disorders during wound healing such as adhesion or scar, which contain as the active ingredient a compound having a pyrimidone skeleton and showing a chymase inhibitory activity or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, for example, 2-5-formylamino-6-oxo-2-phenyl-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-1-yl-N-{2,3-dioxo-1-phenylmethyl-6-2-pyridyloxy}hexylacetamide or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Oral administration of these drugs can effectively contribute to the treatment or prevention the above diseases.
