<p>An electric motor-equipped driving device comprises an input shaft (11) connected to a prime mover, an electric motor shaft (41) that is the output shaft of an electric motor (4), a counter output shaft (12), and a planetary gear set (6) that power-transmissibly drive-interconnects the input shaft, electric motor shaft and counter output shaft, the input shaft being coaxially disposed on the outer periphery of the counter output shaft. The input shaft and the counter output shaft are connected, on one side of the planetary gear set, to two elements different from the element to which the electric motor shaft is connected. The counter output shaft is supported at the outer periphery of its opposite ends by a driving device case (9), and the input shaft is supported at its outer periphery by the inner periphery of the counter output shaft. This inhibits the whirling of a counter drive gear (51) on the counter output shaft, thus preventing the production of gear noise caused by incorrect meshing with a counter driven gear meshing therewith.</p> |
