A module (10) for an electronic device, said module comprising a base part (11) of a non-conductive material, said base part being provided with at least one conductive pattern (14) that is applied to a surface (12) of the base part. The base part is further provided with at least one protruding contact element (15) that is provided as an integrated part of the base part and has a conductive layer (16) that is in electrical contact with the conductive pattern provided on the surface of the base part. The contact element (15) protrudes from the base part (11) in such a way that it may be elastically deformed in a direction essentially perpendicular to said surface (12) of the base part. An electronic device (1) provided with such a module (10) is also provided.
