摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is an exothermic mortar with electric conductivity, heat insulation, humidity control, far infrared emission and strength by using graphite, inorganic binder(yellow earth, cement), additives(ferric oxide, alumina) and minerals (elvan, jade). CONSTITUTION: The exothermic mortar comprises 20-70wt.% of graphite, 30-50wt.% of inorganic binder such as yellow earth, cement or silica, 0-30wt.% of additive such as Zn, Al2O3 or Fe2O3 for strength and durability, and 25-30wt.% of auxiliary materials such as elvan, germanium, jade, quartz, etc. for heat insulation, humidity control and far infrared emission. The heat generating matter(plate, 100) is produced by plastering exothermic mortar on the structure, setting one or more electrodes(200a, 200b) on the ends of the structure, and connecting power to the structure.
