The mobile mixer for the delivery of a ground-filling and frost-resistant mortar, to fill open trenches etc., has a mixing drum (2) mounted to a heavy duty truck chassis (1), with a filling connection (3) and a central stirring unit (4). A bonding agent tank (5) is linked by a pipe system (6) to a mixer (7), under the stirrer and within the drum. A control and measurement unit (9) is close to the drum outflow connection (8). The mineral mortar mixture contains 11.8 mass% of a bonding agent with 26.0 mass% water. The deposited mortar is heated when laid for setting, which can come from the vehicle exhaust.
